What this is and what it is not
It is a reading of the rules with the citations left on. It is not legal advice, it is not the department, and it does not file anything for you. Where a requirement exists and we have not read the provision that sets it, the checklist says so instead of printing a number, which is why two of the eleven licenses carry a stated gap rather than an hour count.
Rules change. Every line here was read against the published rule or statute in August 2026 and the roster of states that recognize a Texas license moved four times in the eight months before that.
